new type of fow armor that promotes all chapters

ok i think there should be new fow armors where the materials cross. does not have to be in fow but in a hard to reach place

like a armor that is made of gems,ectos shards,jade, amber and sapheres

these armors should be really nice

this will help promote all chapters as well as help balance out the in game market

The materials NOW are "Cross chapter".

UW and FoW (Ectos and Shards respectively) are CORE areas, that ANY chapter has access too.

Yes, but shhhh. People will be crying imbalance if that becomes a well-known fact...

The problem with this is that you can buy materials from any chapter from the trader. So it kinda defeats the purpose of promoting all chapters.
