I suspect that since 'Fun Season' has concluded so have the weekly events.

all of these ideas arent that great in my opinion (apart from the frozen chest idea) double ecto or w/e would be a catastrophic effect on the economy, but something really nice that i could think of is a new explorable area, perhaps a new area similar to fow/uw would be in order :P

Well you obviously have never farmed a boss. They sometimes drop 2 of the same green. One of my guildmates got 3 of the same green all at once.

Yes, Challenge missions definatly need a MUCH better reward.. and permenantly!..

If ANET is about balance, then why is it that the rewards for the challenge missions are so un-balanced?

The time and effort required, pays so much less than doing any average mission.

On a side note -
I wonder if after all these weekends ANET might introduce some permenant changes?
Remember how they did the Double Balthazaar faction (oh so many moons ago) which they ended up keeping?..

I certainly would like to see they key drop rate kept, and an increased change of gold drops out of chests universally.

I dont think the double faction is needed, except for Jade Quarry maybe (just to get it some more action)
