Can I wield weapons and shields from faction, without having factions?

Would really like an answer, cause most of the nice weapons are from factions
And I'd love to have one :O

If someone trades/sells you one in Guild Wars you can wield it.

Yes, you just have to buy it, Loin's Arch is the most popular crossover area.

Yes, nothing will prevent you from using another chapters equipment, you just can't go get it yourself.

I don't see why not, it's just a weapon from another area. If this didn't work it would be really unrealistic.
