Well. It must be worth something. And if I salvage it the chance to get the +5 instead of 20% is pretty big.

If you did sell it, you could get 1-3k off it since its 20% recharge.

well since condition based inheretent mods are practicly useless and the req is really high it makes the staff worthless... therefore... salvage
