Salvage at best. Make sure you can find a use for that wrapping if you get it. Otherwise, merch it, unless it is an "Orrish" Earth Staff.

I'd merch, if you salvaged you might get the +4, which can't sell for 500g, or the +1, which I can only see getting 2-3k, if that.
