I have not identified it yet, but detmined the HP mod through use, so other mods are possible.

Best guess would be appreciated.

eh...+40 is too far away from perf...try to sell it unided for 10-15k i guess

I am not sure, but I would say it is worth more than the above poster says. even though it is not maxed mod, the skin is rare.

IMO I would have identified it (well I am just too curious, I can never not identify an item heh) but its all of a personal matter.

Also might sems ridicoulous, but the number on the mod is 40, which is a neat number. some none-informed people might not know that the cap is 45 and not 40 and buy it for that reason.

Anyway, I as said I am not sure of my statements.
