WTB +1 20% Soul Reaping or Fast Cast Staff wrapping

hey, I'm looking for this to complete my perfect 4 req staff

in case you're wondering its a shadow staff, req 13 air magic, halves cast time of spawning 20% and halves recharge of divine favor 20%

post your price and ign, obviously I'm not willing to spend a fortune on them :P

Neither of those wrappings exist. There's a green with +1 Fastcast (20%), but there are no upgrades with that stat, and there are no soul reaping items at all. Sorry

I saw someone selling a 10/10 +1 FC staff, they do exhist if he read it correctly, I almost bought it too.
