cool weapons in nightfall

i hope that there are some cool weapons in nightfall.
In GW faction I like the fellblade. How bigger how better is what I think.
I also don’t like the crystalline sword in the game (its look so sweet ).

Heh, I think everybody is hoping the same thing.

I think the fellblade will always be the biggest sword ANet makes. But just for the fun of it. They might make a large sword out of stone. (Odd yes but we have axes made out of light so.)

a sword of licht, that i like to see in nightfall.
some nice armor will also do fine.
and i hope weapons get some good nieuw upreades.

I use a fellblade when I wear my 15k plate; but they've been available since Prophecies before Factions. My weapon of choice from Factions would be the crenellated sword skin.

I hope this axe sees more glory in Nightfall, I think its near impossible for these to drop 6-28 and with a perfect damage bonus.

Fellblades dont drop in factions .Do they?

fellblades drop in Prophecies; haven't seen one drop in Factions...

Of course we're getting cool new weapons... we're getting scythe's!

Didnt like a whole bunch of Faction skins, but a few stood out. Gothic Sword ftw, its just the perfect shape and size.

i like the pheonix blade, the zodiac's are nice. I really like the way the crystalline sword looks like, but since i will never be able to afford one and i won't really look for one eather, i will stick with my pheonix blade. I also have a fellblade which are orginal from Prophecies and only drop in Prophecies.
But i wouldn't be suprized if we get some cool looking new weapons and skins.

personally, ive never been a fan of shields at all (playing Hammer exclusively for over a year)

I hope that we can dye the presale items like we could dye the spiritbinder... I need my fiery sunspear dyed black lol!!!


I expect a lot of Khopeshes and Scimitars to be around early-on in the story.


You guys think theyll do some sweet lookin Necro Staves?? with like scarabs n death galore?

I'd say I'm set on all my existing characters for cool weapon skins that match my armor sets. I just hope we get some cool looking scythes for my Dervish.

By the way, technicly Fellblade's drop in Factions too, since you can enter FoW from there aswell.

2 hand sword please =[

My heart yearns for a two handed sword also.. but it has been discussed before and we just cant see how they could possibly introduce one with upsetting the delicate balance, or completly changing skills - maybe in a future chapter.

The only way I see 2handed swords coming is with a new class, so there could still be a chance.

I'd like to see a new Design a Weapon contest sometime soon.
