To retrieve your forgotten password for your Guild Wars account: Start the Guild Wars client. Click the Reset Password option on the login screen. Enter your account e-mail address. Click the Submit button. A pop-up message will inform you that your password has been reset and the new one sent to the e-mail address you submitted. Should you not receive your new password within 24 hours, please contact the Guild Wars Support Team using the Ask a Question tab. Please be sure to include your 25-digit access key and the e-mail address currently associated with your Guild Wars game account in the message you send to the support team. After receiving the e-mail containing your new password, you will be able to log into your Guild Wars account with the password provided in that e-mail. The password you received in the e-mail will not be confirmed until you log into your Guild Wars account with the updated login information. |
