Barrage vs Marksmanship +1

Was just wondering how the mechanics of this work, if I have a bow that say has a Marksmanship +1 (20% chance while using skills) upgrade on it.

If Marksmanship +1 triggers are all arrows fired at Marksmanship +1 or is it calculated seperately, so if you fired 5 arrows using barrage Marksmanship +1 has an independant 20% chance to occur on up to 5 arrows depending how lucky you are

If the +1 triggers, it should trigger on all the arrows.

Marksmanship +1 While USING Skills, therefore the entire skill should it fire off more than one arrow at all it works on all of them, so should you fire 6 arrows and you happen to get lucky with Marksmanship +1 then thats all 6 arrows with it on
