Double Adrenaline on hit (9% chance)

Gold Air Wand
Lightning Dmg 10-18 (req 9 air magic)
Energy +4 (while enchanted)
halves casting time of air magic spells (20% chance)

and finally

Purple Water Staff of enchanting
energy +9
cold dmg 11-19 (req 11 water magic)
enchantments last 16% longer
