Simple, you don't become "elite".
To capture an elite skill though (which is what I assume you are talking about), buy a signet of capture (SoC aka sig aka cap) at the skill trainer and equip it. Kill a boss. Use the SoC near the dead boss. Pick the elite skill from the list and you get that skill.

And if your talking about elite missions. Join a guild and farm factions all day.

i was wondering if u can equip more than 1 SoC signet since this kinda ties into the thread.
Cherno
Yes you can equip more than one cap sig.

If you really want, you can load up with 8 SoC's, but you'll have to do a bit of skill less fighting

Sure, Ivy.
I do believe that your question was answered in a previous post, grimkid, and I hope that you've managed to figure this out.
[EDIT] Aw, where's the fun in making it SHORTER? :P

I do not know what is required of me to obtain this status, but it is something that I would like to get. If you understand my dilemma, then I would appreciate some help with this. My in game names are Shadow Quickshot, my Ranger, and Soul Healer, which is my Monk, and I only have Guild Wars: Factions. Thank you very much for you time and patience.

If you want to become "1337," go build yourself a warrior. Be a Wammo, get FoW armor, and run a Sword build with Frenzy and Mending in PvP. Oh, I forgot the Fiery Dragon Sword.. add a Dragonslaying mod if you can. >.>

@Beatrix - Whenever I go to Cavalon, all I hear are people complaining about how {Godz} isn't ferrying much. And that's why whenever I do get a ferry, the Deep is always empty.
Capture elite skills to your heart's desire. Maybe bring 8 cap sigs for the hell of it.
