There are no real bonuses that a Kurzick armor crafter has that any other armor merchant doesn't have. You can use runes on the armor pieces just like any other armor.
As far as +health items, your best bet would be collector shields or green items.

If you grab some Sentinel armor, you get 100 defense as long as you have 13 strength

I hae just finished the game
and I traded a quest item for shiro's sword. but it needs 15 swordmanship what can I do to it what will happen if I use it with 12 swordmanship or if I salvage it will it give +30 rune???

You can't salvage green items so no you won't get the mod...

Heres my Warrior in Kurzick armor weilding Victos blade and a Crimson Carapace from the desert.
If you want to go back to Divine Path you'll need to kill Shiro again... Note that you won't be given another Amulet of mists.

As to 15 swordsmanship; just 12 in swordsmanship with sup rune. I have seen the sword get sold; but req 15 is not an easy sell. If your willing to take a collector carapace shield; there is one for +45 health while enchanted and -2 dmg while enchanted. I know the stance shield is outside Thirsty River; I think the enchanted when is somewhere in the Southern Shiverpeaks.

in essance shrios blade isn't useless,
its worse than victos because of the req but most people have 15 in swordsmanship.
you can get 15 easily by having 11 in atrributes sup and and helmet.
and imo
glads armour is the best by far
