I checked the rare item baseline pricing, but there is no 14^50 modifier, so i dont know should i try to salvage the +30 mod or is it worth anything...

Well, his chances are the same for getting the Poisonous as the Fort.

I'd risk salvage, the most you could sell it for is about 5-8k.
