For some of the items, they are bit high price. The +5 Armor Staff Head should start bidding at 1k rather then 3k, the axe should probably start at 7-10kish (since it is imperfect inherent mod it might be harder to sell), and the +5 Energy Staff Head would sell better if you started bidding at 1-2k as well.

The rest of the stuff just needs a potential buyer to look (Or be looking) for it.

Agreed, the great axe is priced way too high, 5-7k should be starting/finishing price.

salvage that axe. the 10/10 will sell on its own, but the axe is worthless
