can anyone pc these for me? (sorry no pic...)

grinning recurve bow (new skin)
piercing dmg 15-28 (req 9)
damage 15% vs hexed foes

poisonous shadow blade of defense
slashing dmg 15-22 (req 11)
damage 15% vs hexed foes
lengthens poison 33%
armour +5

and is 15% vs hexed foes new?
