PC on Fiery Flame Spitter plz

Well, I know this is a collectors item, but somewhere I heard they nerfed the axe so I was just wondering if AT ALL that this axe is worth a bit now? Im not sure, im just curious is all. I believe the stats are something like this

6-16 damage req 3 axe mastery
Half skill recharge time 10%
-10 armor while attacking
enchantments last 20% longer

No they havnt.

Nerfed ones have 15% recharge not 10% and are worth upwards of 2 million gold.

10% ones are worth whatever they were selling for before.
