Let me be very specific about the vertebreaker

This is for a caster, any req, non-max is fine, 14% is fine

I am looking for a HIGH REQ (again, this is for a caster) Guardian of the hunt shield. Again, not looking to pay tons for it, as its for a caster offhand.
It MUST HAVE:
req CANNOT be 13 tactics, 12 or less is fine.
MUST be max AL (16)
PREFER it to be double modded
If it is single modded it MUST be health mod.
HP must be ALL THE TIME +27-30 (single mod 29-30)
Damage reduction must be either:
-2enchanted (preferable)
-5 (18-20%)
-2stance (least preferable)
Will consider other secondary mods, talk to me with stats and it will be discussed
Clarification - I know that the skin + stats alone will make it valuable, so I know not to expect to pay 10k for it, or possibly even as low as 50k, talk to me with stats and we will come to an agreement.
