I got this off a drop, this is a clean armor:16 req. 10 tactics...but I was wondering if anyone knows if these drop in gold and better stats, what req.'s they drop in etc...I would like one with alot better stats. I think it looks really good with my Luxon armor.
Also does anyone know what the best Ornate shield stats come in? Ive only seen them in armor:16 req.8 tactics clean also.

yes they can drop gold with stats..inever got one myself but i already saw one drop for a guy in my team

Yeah, I got a gold one 16AL -5 damage (20%) Req 9 Tactics that dropped outside of the entrance to Gayla hatchery.

any weapon can get any mod for that type of weapon, same goes with shields.

I got a few Ornates in Kurzick territory. Most where 16 AL req 9 or higher.

Strongroots shelter is a ecovald shield (the leaf looking one). I don't know of a green shield with a kappa skin.
