PC on 3 Perfects: 2 Rare Skin Bows and an Axe

Hello, I am requesting a price check for three items. I have looked at the baseline pricing thread, and then I relayed this information to a generally VERY accurate price checker within my alliance. He said that two of these weapons were HIGHLY overpriced on the baseline thread, so I am requesting a variety of opinions in order to obtain a more accurate market price.

Oh, and I have an old PC thread titled "Comparison - Modded/Unmodded req 9. 15^50 Celestial Longbow" which can be closed or deleted if need be.

Anyway, here are the items I would like PC'ed:

(gold) Vampiric Platinum Longbow of Warding
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +15%
Energy -5
Life stealing: 5
Health regeneration -1
Armor + (vs. elemental attacks)

Notes: Baseline thread has this at 70-100k, which my alliance's resident price checker says is ridiculously overpriced.

(gold) Celestial Longbow of Enchanting
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 (Requires 9 Marksmanship)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Enchantments last 19% longer

Notes: Was previously PC'ed at 50-80k, and the baseline thread has it at 60-90k. Has been impossible to sell so far, and I'm wondering if the previous PC was inaccurate. Also was said to be too high by the alliance price checker.

(gold) Hand Axe of Defense
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 9 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Armor +5

Notes: I realize this is not a rare skin, but was thinking I could still get some money for it.

I also have an Icy Dragon Sword, but if I'm correct that'll go for around 20k. I haven't seen anyone selling for any less...But if someone would like to verify for contest this for me, it is much appreciated.

1. Well, the dmg mod isn't so popular in-game than 15^50, therefore harder to sell. 60k~ is still manageable price.

2. These are popping quite a bit, 50-60k~ imo.

3. 20k~

Icy Dragon Swords are average 15k~

#1- 65-75k
