Hi ,i think the Skill trader must sell tis kind of Signet ,only for non elite skill ,(only usable on boss) at 250 gold .

For those who want many skill of many secondaries .

with this , 2 ways to have a skill :
- be rich and buy it for 1k (what actually everibody pay)
- take special signet ,hunt for the boss who use the skill and capture it . (same use than Signet of Capture)

Then , make an Skill Hunting Title .

I want All skills on my main char and i 'm not rich .

Ps : Sorry for my bad english ,and hope you will like my contribution .

The ordinary capture signet can capture non-elite skills too.
The cost of a skill in GW is in practice 1000 gold, in the case of elites there's also an additional cost in that you have to spend time to actually find the skill.

Skills used to be cheaper, but ANet raised the price in order to have the cost of skills act as a gold sink - which it does.

If you want all skills in the game for all eight professions, you will have to do a lot of farming, because it will cost you about half a million gold.

buy special signet (pack of 2) cost 500 ,1 skill point .

I think spend time (hunt for boss) ,500 gold and 1 skill point for 2 skill is not exagerate (in my opinion) spend time for farming cash and skill points will be equal to spend time to capture skills .

Basically; they're saying they want a cap sig that can't cap elites so they can go hunt for the non elites. This idea is for poor people. These special sigs would only be able to cap non elites; and having to hunt for them is supposed to balance them being so much cheaper than just buying them directly.

.... I guess I wouldn't have a problem with this. But I'm the rich kind of person that just buys 'em all
