BUGS in the UW: who chould I contact and how?

It's the second time in about 5 "2-men uw runs" that my partner gets stuck under some stairs. The first time it happened in the right stair that leads from the central hall in the dryder hall where the balthazar monument is.

This time it happened in the stair that leads from "the bottom room close to the dryder room" to "another set of stairs that leads into The Forgotten Vale"

This time 've made some screenshots to prove it.





since it's really frustrating, who should i contact and how please?

They disabled /bug function which is pretty stupid. I doubt they are gonna fix it this century if you send the email to them so just don't bother.

This occurs many places beyond UW. I've encountered it in ToPK as well, but it can happen many places. The only way I've ever known to get out of this is to equip a vamp weapon or sac to death and have someone rebirth you.
