Connecting...

I just intalled Prophecies and made an account. I'm trying to log on but whenever a "Connecting..." box comes up it sits there for ages. Is this normal? If not what can I do about it?

It's normal depending on your connection to the servers. 56k connection and highly abused backbone and you can expect horribly long loads.

If you have virus protection you may want to make sure its not preventing it from connecting also (for example Norton) it will ask whether you want this program to connect which you need to allow.
