RECOMMENDED: You should bring a sword/axe with +5 energy and 20% longer enchantments. Rajazan's Fervor or Totem Axe are the best greens for the choice, TY for reminding me Melech Ric.

Note: It is recommended that you have more Kurzick Faction than Luxon Faction.
Guide: Move as close to the Northeast Ressurection Shrine as possable before suiciding on the group of your choice. Once you respawn, enchant up and switch to a -20 hp focus. Move past the Kraken Spawn, avoiding any Oni spawns. Agro Sskai, Dragon's Birth and his group (you have to have the whole group on you to keep up with the high energy costs of Ignorance and Mantra of Resolve. Once you're in range, use Protective Spirit.
From here it's pretty straightforward, as soon as you get to max energy, use Mantra of Resolve. Begin keeping up Illusionary Weaponry, Mantra of Resolve, Ignorance, and Protective Spirit. Constantly attack Sskai with Illusionary Weaponry on, keep Ignorance up on him to keep his signets at bay, you can afford to keep it off of him for 1 or 2 seconds. Renew Protective Spirit only as needed.
IF you are Dazed by the Naga Archers using Concussion Shot, avoid using any 1 or 2 second cast skills and just renew prot spirit whenever needed until Dazed is off of you. If you use any of your logner cast skills, you will be interrupted so many times it will completely sap your energy.
Strongroot Tanglebranch: Location: Morostav Trail
Loot: Strongroot's Shelter

Attributes: Same as above build, except take everything out of inspiration and put it in Domination.
Skills: Same as above build, except swap out Watchful Spirit for Healing Breeze.
Guide: Start from Unwaking Waters (Kurzick) make sure you have more kurzick faction than luxon. Charge into the group of afflicted to suicide, respawn. Switch to a -20 hp focus, and then go left around groups of Stone Scale Kirin and Dragon Moss, agro Strongroot and his group. Keep Healing Breeze up at ALL TIMES, as well as Protective Spirit, Ignorance, and Illusionary Weaponry. He's wielding his shield on occasion, so when he does, make sure you try hard to kill him.
Wing, Three Blade: Location: Bukdek Byway
Loot: Wing's Axe

This one is easy too, make sure you have the build mentioned for Sskai. First, charge to the east into the groups of Am Fah and suicide. Switch to a -20 hp focus, enchant up, and then walk north until you see a bend with a Jade Brotherhood group waiting on the ramp. Cast protective spirit and charge in until you get maximum energy. At this point use Mantra of Resolve, and run up past Wing's group until his is the only one attacking you. Proceed to kill them all in this order: Ritualists, Mesmers, and finally Wing, Three Blade himself. If there are two ritualists in the group, it is possable to power through their healing with IW, but this takes time. Mesmers and Ritualists MUST be killed before Wing, Mesmers will use Expel Hexes to remove Ignorance, and Ritualists will outheal your IW damage.

Note: Please don't come just to spam, saying stuff like "This thread isn't needed" "this build is crap" etc. IF this has already been done on another thread, I will personally contact a Mod/Admin and ask them to close it. Please mention it politely if you have information why this thread shouldn't be here.
NoteNo.2: If you get more than 15% dp, take off a piece of your armor and replace it with 1.5k armor (which you should have for alternate monking). Keep taking off unimportant pieces of armor and replacing them as you gain dp. Your dp shouldn't raise above 45% for any build, if it does start the run over.
Tarnen, The Bully: Location: Ferndale
Loot: Tarnen's Shield
+30 Health
+1 Tactics 20% Chance While Using a Skill
Same build, except use Spirit Bond instead of a 55 build, and only use Balthazar's Spirit. Bring both visages too. More Kurz than lux faction recommended.
Exit House Zu Heltzer, and go to the boss, avoiding EVERY mantid spawn there is. Look at Guildwiki for the map. Keep AT LEAST ONE visage up, and begin cutting down the monks, using Ignorance to speed up the kill. Once all monks are killed, move on to Tarnen himself, just simply cut him down with IW, keeping ignorance up.
