Huh? I thought all Black Moas don't evolve anymore because they are already lvl 20?

You can test it yourself if you have a ranger buddy with a hearty or dire pet, then go for a stroll in some poisonous swamps in kryta and see how fast each dies, if it dies faster than the hearty and slower than the dire, it's an elder..

As they have no named evolution (dire/hearty/etc) the dogma, as well as several reported tests indicate elder (or non evolved aka average). Isle of nameless condition masters for folks without prophecies for testing would be a good spot which I think is what you are referring to Yanman.be?
