I just posted a thread in the SS forum, and thought it should probably go into somewhere that ANet could notice it and (maybe) fix it?

Heh, catapults aren't exactly the most accurate weapons of warfare on the planet, you dieing because your too close is always a possibility, especially if you're right up at the fence, not a bug, no fixing required.
