Price check on this one would be much appreciated:

Hand Axe
Dmg 6-28
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)

Shocking and Axe Mastery (19%) upgrades. They don't affect the value, right?

ya mods dont really affect the value

It wouldn't affect the value if you added those mods, 30kish for the axe.
