PC - Raven Staff of Enchanting

Normally I wudnt ask for a PC on Raven staff, but its got some nice mods which i think make it useful, even if it is aesthetically challenged.

Chaos dmg 11-22 (req 8 illusion)
Half Cast time of Spells (10%)
Half Recharge time of spells (9%)
Enchantments Last 20% longer

I'm quite new to farming, and tend to ignore most in game economy, so I have no idea how much this may fetch, and want to get, and offer, a fair price for it, thanks for our time.

Merchant food IMO, I'd try and salvage for the 20% wrapping. Good luck to you.
