Im not too sure on how monk offhands spawn and i can't check since Wiki is down.
Mods im looking for:
+12 Energy (Req8 Healing Prayers) - can it be 8?
+45 HP while enchanted
and extra mods are cool, like + Armor while enchanted and what not.
I do not need +15/-1 energy mods or whatever it was.
