Introducing your guild

I was wondering if to post a reply to the introducing your guild topic, can you be a officer? It says only your guild leader can post but I'm an officer and I'm trying to find potential recruits for it. Thank you and if an officer can post can an admin. please amend this.

An officer may encourage the guild leader to post the guild introduction, but may not post an introduction himself/herself.

This is mostly due to the fact that ultimately the guild is "owned" by the guild leader, and because of that, such an important post as a guild introduction that is linked from guildwars.com must originate from the leader.
