As above, would prefer vamp or a haft/hilt that does not drive the price up

15^50 or 15/-5 Plagueborn axe and sword, req no higher than 9

Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (Req 10 Axe mastery)
Damage +14%
Energy -5
Lengthens Bleeding duration on foes by 33%
Armor +7 (vs. physical attacks)

PC'd at 5k...
