20% vs. Char
20% vs. Ogres
20% vs. Demons

Sword:
19% vs. Undead

Axe:
19% vs. Undead
20% vs. Dragons

Staff dmg mods are bit irrelevant since you aren't doing much dmg with staves. 1-5k~/ea if you find a collector. They are very hard to sell.

Sword upgrade 1-5k~

Axe upgrades, might get around 10-30k~ from dragon upgrade. Totally depends if you find a collector. 1-5k~ from undead upgrade.
