I will take a stab at it. The skin is not rare, so 10-15 k for the clean axe.
I hope you didn't add the mods, they are worth 50-80k (guru) together but much less on the axe. So as little as 35-40k for the axe, maybe as much as 50-60k. Good luck.

40k sounds about right... maybe more but doubt it.. clean price is right on and you're probally gonna have a really tough time selling it
