Vizunah Square Local and Foriegn

I have a warrior from tyria and I am trying to get Master Cartographer for Canthan. I have 90% of the map so far. Does anyone know how to get both Vinzunah squares on the map? When I go from the undercity, the gate is always locked. My monk I created in Cantha has both Vizunah Squares, but I can't figure it out for my Tyrian Warrior. I have looked for quests too, but nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Find a group that is doing the last part of "Mayhem in the Marketplace". The best place to find a group doing that is in The Marketplace. Finishing that quest takes you to the local quarter.

So the gate's not open to Tyrians like Cho's Estate or Zen Daijun?

Huh ? The gate to Cho's Estate and Zen Daijun is open to Tyrians and The Shadow has already stated how to get to Vizunah Square - Local. Although, it is possible that you have to have progressed to a certain point in the storyline before getting in.

I was able to get into Local with my Tyrian warrior after finishing all of the missions. I don't know if there are easier requirements to get into Local, but it works. I went with a Canthan group doing Mayhem in the Market if that helps any.

Also, I found that getting Local didn't help at all with the cartographer title because it can all already be revealed through exploration of the Undercity and the Vizunah mission.

Semi-related question...can a Canthan character get to the foreign quarter?

after you finish teh game, yes.
before that maybe teh same way as Tyrian getting into local quarter

From gamewiki: Canthan characters can take the quest Mayhem in the Market. Tyrians must accompany a party lead by a Canthan with this quest (see Notes below for more details).
