Blessed light monk

since most of them are hybrid using healing prot inspiration and favor, i was wondering waht weapon and focus would be the best for this kind of monks

In short, Byzzr's Benediction. It can trigger with any attribute and has a divine req. Everything else should be the same as any other monk you'd play.
