The chests have been good to me today, and I was hoping I could get a PC on these:

Rare Hypnotic Staff
Energy +10
Chaos 11-22, req9 Illusion
HCT of Illusion (20%)
Armour +5
Domination Magic +1 (20%)

2.
Rare Dragon's Breath Wand
Fire 11-22, req8 Fire Magic
HSR of all (10%)
HCT of all (10%)

I know the second is worth selling, but I'm unsure of the first given the 'popularity' of mesmer items.
