Probally not, since the doppleganger himself only gives 40xp, but the mission gives the 50k. So you would get 80xp from the dopple, but only 50k from the mission.
think of beating your doppleganger as a mission. becasue it is considered a mission. you get seperate XP. some from killing the dopple and some from the missino.
