Alright my Ritualist survivor has made it to Arborstone, but I've not yet had a go at the mission - that whole falling ceiling thing seems like it might lead to premature death!

Any pointers on this one, especially is it do-able with henchies as I've done virtually the rest up to then with henchies?

It's possible with henchies, the important things are that Urn can prevent the majority of ceiling damage, as well as spirits. I'd bring resolve, aggro and stand back while letting henchmen fight, spam spirits at the back to protect against the ceiling (the damage isn't very high, so union and the urn neutralize it).

I done it with henchies while I was attempting the Indomitable Survivor title and found it pretty easy. Just keep dropping the Urn to prevent the healers of falling (which can be crucial on keeping the others alive) and take your time through it so you can deal with the Oni's sepereatly along the way.

Yeah, not a problem to survive there, just time yourself carefully. Keep an eye on the upper left for the Cathedral Collapse effect, to make sure you're not standing in one of the constantly crumbling areas. They're very small and generally easy to avoid - tricky only in one or two spots where you should delve forward and pull your aggro back beyond it.

Other than that, just time your spells and recovery skills for just after one of the normal ten-second collapse hits. If you're in the middle of casting a skill, click the ground to cancel it - cancelling the skill is always better than letting yourself get interrupted, because then at least you can recast it once again after the damage. The interrupt will treat the skill with the full cooldown time.

Also I'd take the path to the left after the cutscene. I've found it easier than dealing with the Dredge and Blood Drinkers to the right. You'll encounter a few more Oni along the way but the other enemies aren't as tough IMO.

the center was is the easiest IMO. and dont drop the urn. it prevents more dmg if you keep it in your hands.

and no, you cant skip this mission.

My survivor ele actaully died on it in a PUG, my own foolishness really. Went back later and did it easy with henchies. Just take your time, stop to regen and such and you should be fine.

Yeah, the ceiling things interrupt, that's maybe the biggest pain rather than the damage. So resolve or holding that Tranquil Urn will help a lot. I'd take the middle way, to get master's. Extra XP is the survivor's friend, after all.
