Contacting Support

I go to the support link on the Guild Wars website but it gets me nowhere. I don't want to ask a question and get it posted for all to see, I want to contact a support person via email. Any direct email address I can contact?

It won't get posted for all to see, those questions are just the most common questions that would normally be asked, put together by PlayNC.

Ask the question then someone will email you back (If it's worth bothering with)
