Question about attack rate of different swords

Kinda a noob ? But I need to ask anyways do all swords attack at the same speed. For instance a fellblade vs Fiery Dragon sword. Do they both swing or attack at the same speed to give you the same amount of adrenaline or damage or energy? Some reason seems like the fell blade attacks slower

They all attack at the same speed. Which funnily enough is exactly the same speed as Axes.
