So I made this build a week or so and have been using it with huge success lately.

Gladiators armor is almost a necessity for energy boost

Gladiator's Defense (Elite)

Live Vicarously
Before watching video:
Note how when I change to hammer and more importantly how I wait to use for renewing smash to get to about 3/4 loaded b4 using gladiators (this way you dont get stuck without a stance)

You can also sub dis stance with shield bash and renewing smash with OYK for same effect. Also please dont say this is the fastest, as a Rt/Me can kill them in 30 seconds flat.

Yep, Dont say fastest. A Monk with Spirit Bond can kill them in under 14 seconds.

I can name quite a few builds that are alot faster then this build. It's nowhere near the fastest or even close to top 10 fastest.

Most people don't farm them for drops, just for quick skill points when they need to buy skills. Easy 1 minute run that will fill up a third of your XP bar with the right scroll.

Well for those of you who being very constructive with your comments, here a little insight into some of the things I have found troll farming.... Perfect Max dmg Fellblade, a number of 15^50 rq 8 items, black dyes, a 20/20 sword mod and a variety of other upgrades. I've now made well over several 100k on trolls. Oh and to the original poster, I use a W/E build thats faster than the Wammo builds. Same priciple though, basically infinite glads.

It was posted awhile ago, its like the duo UW holy smiter/dual SB monk, except instead of your ally taking the energy drain, you just use glyph of lesser energy to make a second spirit bond cast free.

he probably meant for warriors...this after all is a build for warriors not 55's and VwK Rits...and i use the hammer bash and on your knees to farm trolls but i'll try this to see how much faster it is..
