I keep getting told that the items list here are out of date and over priced as I am quoting these prices to ppl when buying and selling items.

Interesting; it lists the Flint's Fleshcleaver as 1k and hard to sell. I sold it for 10k easy a few days ago.

That's the thing about selling stuff. It's only really worth what the person buying it is willing to pay. If someone started saying an item was worth a bunch of money, in a week or two it would start selling for that inflated price regularly.
