PC on 20/20 Air Staff

Stats are:

Hale Air Staff of Shelter
10-19 dmg(required 6 air)
Air Recharge 20%
Air Cast 20%
Hp +30
Armor + 7 vs. physical

Im not nub, i realize its not max damage, but is it worth anything??? Stats are still nice, and damage isnt most important thing for casters.

Any opinion wud be thankfully accepted.

Added:

Gold Gothic Shield
16 Armor (Required 8 Tactics)
HP +29 Always
dmg -2(enchanted)

is energy max?

En + 9...one off max.

what skin is it? new or old? I may be interested.....

also the gothic... imo.. 75-100k+

Due to energy+dmg, I'd salvage it for either of the mods, or even for the Wood.

A max one sold for 250k I think it was. Even though it is non max it is worth something to someone after the gold and 20/20 stats.
