FoW Build?

I have finally accumulated enough money to buy myself FoW armor. Now the problem is getting to the forgemaster. The only experience I have from FoW is chest running, so I have no idea if there is anything a ranger needs to do while in the team.

Here's a build I think may work nicely from my experience from chest runs, any opinions?

Practiced Stance
Chocking Gas
Salvage Shot
Flurry
Shields Up!"
Throw Dirt
Troll Unguent
Res Sig

Expertise 13
Wilderness 11
Mark 12

If u go in as a ranger you can take pretty much a B/P build. If ur tank ( and monks ) does his/her job you should get ther pretty quick.

Normally "if" i enter FoW our group normally has 2 wars, 2 monks,1 ele, 1 ranger, ss nec and something else. AoE dmg is the key imo as evrything is balled up.

Gl on ur way to the forgemaster

B/P is not the answer for everything. Mark of Pain? Spiteful Spirit? Pets + PC tanks + FOW = Bad.

One Warrior is sufficient.

And your build will cause scatter, try just Concussion Shot/Broadhead Arrow. Great interupters, those. Also bring Watch Yourself, its handy since youll be back with the casters and can bring them up from 60 to 80 AL.

it doesnt indeed.
you should also try 2 make a large trap block infront of the monks etc.
not so offensive but it saves lives if a group of W's rush thru

I usually change what build I run in FoW when I get bored of one. But here are the two I use the most

Punishing Shot
Distracting Shot
Savage Shot
Read the Wind
Throw Dirt
Whirling Defense
Dodge
Troll Ungent

You want make sure you interrupt the Nightmares SS and the Ele's Firestorm. Then you can concentrate on the Monks.

Here's a build that I have been experimenting with a bit in FoW

Savage Shot
Dual Shot
Called Shot
Marksman's Wager
Serpents Quickness
Inspired Hex
Troll Ungent
Res Sig

You can constantly spam Savage, Dual, and Called Shot and when you get low on use MW. Make sure your target is stationary because If you miss then you will lose 10 energy. Called shot comes in handy since it cannot be Blocked or Evaded.

Out of the two I prefer the first one just because I find it more enjoyable to play.

r/mo
judges insight
barrage
distracting/savage shot (I take both, why not?)
whirling defense
throw dirt (casters love it when you run in and blind the shadow warrior beating on them)
smite hex (you got smiting already)
rebirth

get yerself a horned bow (while enchanted) and throw on a deathbane grip
look for big nasty digits especially on skeleton army.
