a few of those can be found on the "rare skin baseline pricing " sticky, and all i can really say is that the archiac axe isnt a skin on demand, very much. the +5 energy axe is around 5-10k im guessing.
the longbow, if its feathered then around 30k, wooden is a hard sale. try around 5k for wooden
fire staff, around 15-25
cant say much about others, dont know hammers O_O
