Unable to find skills to unlock in PvP

I have several skills that doesn’t appear on my list of skills to unlock. Skills such as crushing blow, mantra of recall, and tiger’s fury aren’t on my list. Do I have to get them in PvE first? I searched around and couldn’t find any other threads discussing this. Thanks for any help.

All of the skills you mentioned are Prophecies-Only so to buy them you'll need a chapter 1 access key on your account.
