Is this worth anything? Hope so...

Ok, so this may seem noobish, but i found a max clean shield in Underworld while solo trapping (new thing i'm trying out)... but the thing is, its only req.7 and its strenght, so I thought 'Maybe it is worth something!'. Anyway, if i could just get a few comments on it and, if it is worth anything, a price check. Any comments will be appreciated. Thanks!
