1- like 7k, or salvage for +29hp
2-high req tacticc=not so good, go for 10k and be flexible
3-now this i'm liking, 15k or try to salvage for +5NRG head if you are unlucky
4-hard to say, but around 10-20k

2) 1-2k because its only AL 15.
