2) offhand (the rarer the skin the better)
req divine favor or protection or 7-8 inspiration
HSR inspiration 20%
HP+30 OR HCT all spell 10% OR HCT Inspiration 20% OR HCT prot prayers 20%
post item stats, asking price, and IGN (if it's not in profile) with usual online times. price will most likely not be an issue if you have the stats that I want. If hsr is 19% instead of 20% but other stats match, I will consider it.
However, I do NOT want collectors items, greens, etc (since they will NOT have those exact stats or will end up being req 9 inspiration). Furthermore, I do NOT want purp staffs with say, 15% HSR inspiration and 7% HCT all spells.
