Being sent to TA from RA on 9th win is just wrong

I am sick and tired of battling thru 9 wins only to find out that someone who joined the team midway thru is on 10 and we are off to be crushed in teams. I have been screwed out of so many gladiator points this way it makes me ill.

Doing this was okay when there were no RA rewards and it was all just in fun, but this makes no sense now. Just leave RA in RA and TA in TA.

no, sometimes you get a random team that just crushes all comers, keep it the way it is, I've taken a random team to teams and gone on a 14 win streak in teams, and this was before the glad title.
